About this role

The Scientist I will conduct research design, data collection, modeling, and dissemination on carbon dioxide removal technologies for the State of Carbon Dioxide Removal project. The role involves analyzing innovation indicators, implementing scenarios in the Global Change Analysis Model, preparing high‑quality reports and journal articles, and supporting grant preparation within the Center for Sustainability and the Global Environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement carbon dioxide removal scenarios in GCAM
Collect and analyze data on CO2 removal innovation and scale‑up
Prepare high quality reports and journal articles
Assist in writing grant applications and proposals
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on research projects
