Scientist I

Atrium is seeking a hands-on Scientist I to join the Integrated Discovery and Technical Development Team, focusing on the design, synthesis, purification, characterization, and scale-up of antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) for targeted RNA delivery to cardiomyocytes. This bench-based role involves advancing candidate AOCs from discovery through IND-enabling studies and supporting late-stage development. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize conjugation and purification processes while developing analytical methods for bioconjugate characterization.
