About this role

As a Scientist II, you will lead formulation development projects and serve as a technical lead for process design within a fast-paced CDMO. You will execute experiments, develop strategic formulation approaches for small molecules and biologics, and provide mentorship to junior staff while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead formulation development projects for various drug modalities
Execute and analyze experiments to achieve project milestones
Develop and optimize formulations for complex compounds like ADCs
Mentor junior scientists and provide technical guidance to laboratory staff
Author and review protocols to ensure compliance with quality standards

Skills

Qualifications

BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Biochemistry5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development or CDMO industryPhD in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Biochemistry (preferred)
