Sail Biomedicines
The Scientist, Platform RNA Sciences will lead hypothesis-driven experiments and high‑throughput screens to improve Sail's programmable circular RNA (eRNA) technology, focusing on enhancing circularization efficiency, RNA stability, and translation. The role involves designing and executing assays, analyzing data, maintaining detailed documentation, and communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Sail Biomedicines is a Flagship Pioneering company focused on building a new class of RNA medicines that act directly inside the body, pioneering In Vivo CAR-T at scale to reset autoimmunity and deliver durable disease remission. Its integrated platform combines Endless RNA (eRNA) — a translatable circular RNA for sustained protein expression — with targeted nanoparticles (TNPs) that deliver eRNA payloads to specific immune cells in lymphoid tissues. Sail aims to develop off-the-shelf, potentially curative CAR-T cell therapies for patients with immune-mediated diseases.
