About this role

SystImmune is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist to lead the development, optimization, and validation of immunohistochemistry (IHC) and tissue-based biomarker assays for clinical and translational programs, including companion diagnostics (CDx). The role requires strong expertise in histology, IHC, and oncology biomarker development, with the ability to design experiments, interpret data, and drive translational strategies from preclinical to clinical stages. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with pathologists, translational scientists, clinical teams, and external partners to enable biomarker-driven trials, particularly in antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) programs, and may support global regulatory strategies.
