Scientist / Senior Scientist

A highly motivated Scientist or Senior Scientist at A*STAR Institute of Microelectronics will conduct R&D in thermal management and advanced cooling technologies for next-generation semiconductor packaging. The role involves developing innovative thermal solutions for applications such as AI/HPC packages, chiplets, and 2.5D/3D integration through simulation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. The position focuses on practical execution of thermal R&D activities to address heat dissipation challenges in heterogeneous integration and power electronics.
