Scientist / Sr. Scientist

This role involves leading the identification, characterization, and optimization of animal disease models while conducting in vivo studies to support drug development programs. The position requires independent execution of cell-based research, molecular biology assays, and histopathological analysis to evaluate efficacy and mechanisms of action. The incumbent will also mentor junior team members, ensure experimental compliance, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the R&D pipeline.
