About this role

The Principal Scientist supports the development of advanced molecular diagnostics technologies through preparative chromatography and analytical techniques across the product lifecycle. Working within the Chemistry Team, the role involves driving process optimization, synthesizing complex reagents, and acting as a subject matter expert for R&D and operations.

Responsibilities

Synthesize, purify, and characterize complex nucleotides and oligonucleotides
Drive process optimization to enable efficient scale-up and product launches
Design and execute advanced troubleshooting experiments independently
Support analytical methods for characterizing reagents and assay performance
Manage knowledge handoffs of prototype methods to development teams

Skills

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical BiologyMaster's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Biology
