The Scientist performs advanced analytical development activities, primarily focusing on the hands-on operation of High-Resolution LC-MS instrumentation. This role develops and optimizes chromatographic and mass spectrometry-based methods to support the identification, characterization, and impurity profiling of siRNA molecules, formulations, and raw materials. The position involves authoring method development reports, evaluating new methods, and collaborating with internal and external teams to meet research timelines.
