About this role

The role focuses on designing the learning layer of Lilly's Frontier AI platform, creating reinforcement‑learning environments, reward functions, and domain models that enable autonomous agents to drive molecule discovery. The scientist‑engineer will collaborate with wet‑lab scientists, integrate AI models with chemistry tools, and build evaluation infrastructure to accelerate the Design‑Make‑Test‑Analyze cycle.
