Scientist/Senior Scientist, Viral Vector Analytical Development

This role serves as a technical leader and hands-on scientist within the Technical Operations group, advancing analytical sciences capabilities to support late-stage clinical development and commercial readiness for viral vector therapies. The position involves leading the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of analytical methods while partnering with Quality Control and external laboratories to ensure method transfer and validation readiness. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple functions to drive analytical development studies and provide technical expertise for assay qualification and lifecycle management.
