About this role
Cloudflare is hiring a Scrum Lead within the IT PMO to lead the Hire to Retire value stream and ensure delivery of technical solutions across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to drive Agile adoption, optimize delivery flow, and communicate program health to stakeholders. The Scrum Lead will also contribute to PMO methodologies and help raise Agile maturity across the IT organization.
