The incumbent acts as a change agent, providing guidance on best practices and transitioning the organization toward a fully scaled agile operating model.

Responsibilities

Facilitate end-to-end agile processes and ceremonies for multiple pods

Manage impediments and ensure alignment with enterprise governance frameworks
Provide guidance on agile best practices and TD Scaled Agile methodology
Collaborate with stakeholders to remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
