About this role

As a Scrum Master at RTX, you will facilitate Agile practices and Scrum events to enable secure, fast delivery within the aerospace and defense sector. You will coach delivery teams on removing impediments, embedding Agile principles, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This onsite role requires supporting Product Owners and helping teams mature their Agile capabilities to address emerging global threats.
