About this role

Forcepoint seeks an experienced Scrum Master to serve as an Agile coach and delivery facilitator within their Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) engineering organization. This role involves embedding across squads to drive sprint delivery, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety. As a trusted partner to engineers and product owners, the ideal candidate will support cross-team coordination and drive the adoption of engineering best practices in a globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Identify and resolve impediments to maintain squad velocity and confidence
Coach engineers and Product Owners on Agile principles and continuous improvement
Track and report on sprint metrics, velocity, and DORA metrics to drive improvements
Drive adoption of engineering best practices such as test automation and CI/CD
