About this role

Transamerica is seeking a servant leader Scrum Master to enable cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuously improve ways of working. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles
Remove impediments and optimize team flow
Leverage Jira to maintain accurate backlogs and report metrics
Partner with Product Owners to sustain a well-refined backlog
