About this role

The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices for the Global Commercial Operations – Digital, Technology and Innovation team, supporting technology roadmap development across multiple regions. The role involves leading agile events, coaching teams, managing backlogs, removing impediments, and ensuring delivery of high‑value outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support scaling Agile through PI planning and cross‑team ceremonies
