About this role

The Scrum Master enables agile delivery across one or several teams within a scaled agile framework, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and tracked, while coaching teams on Agile practices and supporting multiple concurrent IT initiatives.
