Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is responsible for establishing and ensuring the effectiveness of Scrum within the organization, facilitating all Scrum events, and removing impediments to ensure smooth progress. This role involves supporting Product Owners and Scrum teams in maintaining a healthy backlog and helping the team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done. The position requires adherence to Agile principles and effective communication with stakeholders to manage relationships and deliver projects within agreed timescales, quality, and budget.
