The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams within the Refining IT Digital Product Delivery Services group, driving digital transformation and fostering a collaborative team environment. This role facilitates team events, removes impediments, and ensures alignment of goals to deliver value while promoting continuous improvement in technology usage. The position requires close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies and support program increment planning.

Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices to deliver value to customers
Develop Agile maturity roadmap and provide ongoing coaching toward Agile adoption
