Scrummaster

As a Scrummaster at the Belastingdienst in Apeldoorn, you will guide multiple teams within the Agile Release Train Invordering in their agile development, helping to identify and remove obstacles while fostering ownership and continuous improvement. The role involves coaching teams, product owners, and leaders, facilitating Scrum events, and enhancing collaboration across teams to predictably achieve sprint goals. You will work with the Release Train Engineer, product management, and other stakeholders to increase transparency and flow.
