Seasonal - HR Associate

The Seasonal HR Associate provides general HR and administrative support for the Distribution and Refurbishment Center (DC and RC), assisting associates and managers with HR inquiries and policy matters. The role supports HR processes such as new-hire data entry, reporting, timekeeping, and coordination with recruiters and Risk Management. The position operates under direct supervision and requires frequent interaction with supervisors for guidance and approvals.
