Seasonal Technical Sourcer

Fanatics is seeking a Seasonal Technical Sourcer to join the Engineering Talent Team and manage top-of-funnel recruiting activities during a period of high hiring volume. This role focuses on building diverse talent pipelines, conducting initial phone screens, and partnering with Lead Recruiters and engineering hiring teams to support technical recruitment efforts. It offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with mentorship and potential for conversion to a longer-term role.
