Second Cook (Auxiliary)

The Second Cook position is responsible for day-to-day food production and working assigned lines or stations under the direction of the Sous Chef. The role involves performing food preparation, assuming leadership at specific stations, and providing training to other cooks as required. This position supports the Food Services team in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
