Second Cook

The Second Cook position involves producing high-volume line cooking for buffets and grab-and-go items, overseeing third cook preparation, and managing meal packaging under the direction of the First Cook. This role requires maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization within the galley while supporting the culinary team in a rotational, high-volume production environment. The position is based on MV Saga alongside Squamish, BC, offering a 28 days on/14 days off schedule with comprehensive benefits and travel support.
