Second Mate

The Second Mate assists the First Mate and Master of the vessel in day-to-day operational activities, including standing sea watch, piloting, and navigating the vessel safely. The role involves operating and maintaining vessel equipment, assisting in barge docking, and ensuring the safety of the vessel and crew under various weather and sea conditions.
