Second Pressman

The Second Pressman supports the setup, operation, and performance of conventional and UV offset printing presses for paperboard packaging production. This role involves feeder-end operation, press support activities, quality checks, and routine preventative maintenance while collaborating with the First Pressman to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. The position requires maintaining press cleanliness, monitoring inks and coatings, and performing mechanical support duties under supervision.
