Second Shift Lead

The Second Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire shift across all departments while also performing hands-on welding duties. This role serves as the primary point of contact for team members, coordinates cross-departmental work to ensure production targets are met, and escalates issues to management as needed. The position requires maintaining safety, quality, and procedural standards shift-wide while supporting onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
