Second Shift Production Supervisor

Select Event Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Second Shift Production Supervisor to lead and support the manufacturing team in producing tents, fabric structures, and custom-fabricated products. This working supervisor role involves leading employees, maintaining production schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring product quality while actively participating in production operations. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a manufacturing environment along with hands-on experience working with industrial fabrics, awnings, canvas products, or similar custom-fabricated products.
