Secondary Aide

The Secondary Aide role supports students below proficiency in a relational, non-punitive manner, fostering trust and rapport to help them build academic, behavioral, and social skills. Working under the guidance of Administration and Counseling, the Aide provides direct support, helps students access school and community resources, and collaborates with stakeholders in the student's educational journey. The position focuses on mentoring at-risk students, supporting the MTSS framework, and assisting with scholarship and financial aid processes.
