The Information Technologist IV will serve as a senior technical resource supporting systems and server administration, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Digital Trainer operations for a DoD client at Fort Lee, VA. The role ensures availability, performance, and security of server infrastructure and training systems for over 13,000 users across multiple Army schools and headquarters, while handling incident response and lifecycle management.
