Cleveland-Cliffs is seeking a Section Manager Maintenance to lead the Fine Crusher and Concentrator Maintenance teams at the Northshore Mining facility in Silver Bay, MN. This role oversees the safe execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, manages maintenance planning and budgeting, and collaborates with the reliability team to improve equipment performance. The position also includes oversight of pumping systems at the MP7 tailings basin and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead Fine Crusher and Concentrator Maintenance teams in safe execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work
Develop maintenance budget and present to senior management for approval
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution of section outages within approved scope and budget
