Securities & Derivatives Sr Manager Hybrid

This critical leadership role reports to the Senior Vice President of MBS, Securitization, and Warehouse Lending Operations within Cash Securities. The leader will take full ownership of the MBS Allocations and MBS Settlements functions, mature the operational culture, and develop Associate Vice Presidents into independent team leaders. The position focuses on simplifying complex processes, managing risk controls, and driving strategic improvements for these core operational delivery teams.
