Securitisation Portfolio Manager

This role involves managing a portfolio of securitisation transactions, including private credit and trade finance, while maintaining accounting records and preparing periodic valuations and financial statements. The position requires coordinating year-end audits, organizing transaction approval meetings, and serving as the primary contact for shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Luxembourg GAAP, multicompartment structures, and proficiency with eFront.
