Securitization Lawyer

MUFG is seeking an experienced structured products and securities law attorney to provide legal support to its Securitized Products ABS business across various asset classes and transaction types. The role involves advising on ABS and CLO transactions, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, and managing legal and regulatory risks. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure timely transaction execution and compliance.
