Security Architect

The Security Architect at Flo is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for shaping secure architectures and building guardrails for both human and AI coding agents. This role involves leading threat modelling, embedding security into the SDLC and CI/CD, and translating security risk into clear, pragmatic decisions to protect millions of users' personal health data. The position requires collaboration with engineering, product, and platform teams to establish secure patterns and standards.
