Security & Compliance Manager

FamilyWell Health is seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to own the operational backbone of its HIPAA-regulated, AI-enabled care platform. This role involves managing the day-to-day security program, including risk assessments, vendor audits, and compliance automation, while supporting the company's path toward SOC2 or HITRUST certification. The position requires close collaboration with the CPO and contractor CISO to ensure robust security practices and effective risk reporting.
