Security Detection & Automation Engineer

The Security Detection & Automation Engineer will build and maintain the security ecosystem by developing automated detection logic and response playbooks to protect Rakuten's global services. This role focuses on reducing time-to-detect and time-to-remediate through automation, ensuring resilience against evolving cyber threats. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security guardrails into development pipelines and verify the security posture of hybrid cloud configurations.
