Security Dispatcher

This position is responsible for manning the Command Center or Podium to dispatch security personnel, receive incoming calls, and maintain required log books. The role ensures basic security coverage for the safety of patrons, employees, and company assets, while monitoring fire alarm, security CCTV, and holdup alarm systems. The incumbent prepares detailed incident reports and assists in coordinating emergency situations in compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
