Security GRC Manager

The Security GRC Manager at Rightway owns and matures the governance, risk, and compliance function, leading the team to enhance policies, streamline workflows, and manage the integrated SOC 2 and HITRUST attestation process. This role involves overseeing audit programs, data privacy initiatives, AI governance, and third-party risk management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance standards are met. The position also includes developing training programs, maintaining the customer assurance program, and driving continuous control monitoring to support the organization's growth.
