Good Food Holdings
A Security Lead at a retail grocer ensures a safe environment by addressing security incidents, de-escalating conflicts, and preventing theft. The role involves collaborating with law enforcement and third-party security teams to develop asset protection strategies and advise on safety-related capital expenditures. Responsibilities include documenting incidents, monitoring store activities, and maintaining a calm demeanor during high-conflict interactions.
Good Food Holdings is the holding company for five premium food retail brands: Bristol Farms, Metropolitan Market, Lazy Acres Natural Market, New Seasons Market, and New Leaf Community Markets. Each banner operates with its own leadership, culture, and go-to-market strategy while sharing a commitment to community-rooted shopping experiences and exceptional product quality. The portfolio emphasizes distinctive item assortments — including high-quality meat, seafood, bakery, broad organic produce selections, and prepared foods — as well as natural, specialty, and locally sourced offerings. Good Food Holdings supports these market-leading brands in delivering curated grocery experiences to discerning customers.
