About this role
The Security Officer role at Brigham and Women’s Hospital is an on-site position focused on supporting a safe and secure hospital environment as part of the Mass General Brigham system. This is a part-time evening role (16 hours/week) working weekends with a primary schedule of Saturdays and Sundays, 3pm–11pm. The position supports hospital operations across campus locations and contributes to patient, visitor, and staff safety while following institutional standards and procedures.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma

- AVADE/HDTS De-Escalation Training
- IAHSS Basic Officer Certification (within 90 days)
- Criminal Background Check
- Special State Police Officer License (Preferred)
