Security Officer Tactical

Banner Health is seeking specialized Tactical Officers to serve as first responders to violent and dangerous security incidents within the Emergency Department and across the facility. This role involves apprehending suspects, investigating critical events, and acting as the primary liaison with law enforcement during emergencies. Candidates must be physically fit, possess advanced de-escalation and defensive tactics training, and have at least three years of law enforcement or military experience.
