The Security Officer maintains the safety and security of people and property across ThedaCare campuses by patrolling facilities and enforcing organizational and legal policies. The role responds to emergencies and codes, serves as an after-hours liaison for safety and facilities operations, and partners with patient care teams to support safety plans and incident coordination.
