About this role

HavocAI is seeking a Security Officer to scale and manage its security program supporting U.S. government and defense contracts. This hands-on role focuses on personnel security, clearance management, physical security, and compliance within a high-growth defense technology environment. The position requires close collaboration with People Operations, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure secure and efficient mission execution.

Responsibilities

Serve as Facility Security Officer to maintain NISPOM and DCSA compliance
Administer Facility Clearance and manage associated documentation and reporting
Manage personnel security workflows including clearance initiation and onboarding
Coordinate with government customers and internal teams on access matters
Develop and improve scalable security processes, policies, and training materials
