Security Officer

Under the supervision of a Security Captain or Sergeant, this full‑time role protects the Marathon Refinery site, personnel, and assets by performing access control, conducting searches, and responding to incidents such as trespassing, theft, and vandalism. The position offers a $1,000 signing bonus, a starting wage of $23 per hour with potential increases, and a benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, PTO, and more.
