Security Officer

This role is responsible for ensuring safety and security throughout the outpatient facility and surrounding grounds. The position involves conducting regular safety checks, responding to behavioral incidents using trauma-informed approaches, and maintaining a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The individual will also document safety concerns and assist in de-escalation efforts as needed.
