Security Officer

The Security Officer protects the life and property of all persons on Baystate Health property by patrolling the facility, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing access control programs. This role involves responding to emergency codes, handling disruptive situations, and providing escorts to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees. The officer also conducts preliminary investigations and assists with traffic control and special assignments as directed by the Security Supervisor.
