Security Officer

Security Officers at SSM Health provide a safe and secure environment for patients, families, visitors, and care providers by monitoring hospital premises, responding to security concerns, and assisting during emergencies. The role involves enforcing safety policies, conducting interior and exterior rounds, and ensuring a welcoming and protected atmosphere for everyone within the facility. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid Illinois Firearm Owner's Identification Card, and be willing to become an armed officer while employed with SSM Health.
