Security Officer

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and employees by patrolling the premises, monitoring personnel, and enforcing hospital rules and regulations. The position involves manning the security booth, managing visitor access, and providing support to nursing supervisors during patient disturbances or emergencies. The Security Officer also conducts fire drills, monitors video surveillance, and communicates with emergency agencies as needed to ensure campus safety.
